Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Document Management Analyst to support a public utility company for a long term contract opportunity. This individual can sit remote, while the company is headquartered out of Louisville, KY. This individual needs to have expertise in AssetWise ALIM (formerly eB Bentley). Primary responsibilities will be managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end document lifecycle, supporting engineering and operational teams, and optimizing document workflows using Bentley's ALIM system.

• Document Control & Management: Maintain, organize, and distribute project and asset-related documentation within the ALIM system.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure document integrity, version control, and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• System Administration: Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot ALIM workflows, permissions, and metadata structures.
• Internal End User Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and compliance teams to ensure seamless document accessibility.
• Training & Support: Provide guidance to internal teams on best practices for document management using ALIM.
• Reporting & Audit Support: Generate reports, track document changes, and support audits for regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, have exceptional punctuality skills, and be willing to stay on the front of the everchanging landscapes of Microsoft and Power BI. Skills And Requirements

3-5+ years' professional working experience with ALIM database management system (formerly known as eB Bentley)

Experience programming (C#, VB.NET, etc.)

Professional working experience configuring ALIM Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Professional working experience building in Power Bi
