Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Event Sales Manager   to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role will focus on building strong client relationships, managing private dining events, and driving sales growth through exceptional hospitality and organization.

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and private clients
  • Respond promptly to event inquiries and prepare detailed proposals
  • Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution
  • Manage event contracts, deposits, and billing
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and hospitality at all times

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Plans
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing calendars.
  • Plan campaigns around holidays, events, and seasonal trends.
  • Social Media Management
  • Manage content creation and posting on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
  • Monitor engagement and adjust strategies based on performance analytics.
  • Email & SMS Marketing
  • Design and send newsletters, promotions, and reservation reminders.
  • Build and segment email/SMS lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Advertising & Promotions
  • Design and implement in-house promotions and special events.
  • Coordinate paid digital ads (Google, Meta, Yelp, etc.).
  • Brand Management
  • Maintain consistent branding across all customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee photography, menu design, and other visual assets.
  • Public Relations
  • Draft press releases and pitch stories to local media.
  • Coordinate influencer visits and media tastings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of event sales experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Knowledge of fine dining or upscale restaurant operations preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
