Job Description
- Provide technical support to clients or internal teams via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, or network issues
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems or products
- Document reported issues, resolutions, and technical procedures
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers or development teams
- Monitor system performance and provide feedback for improvements
- Support product testing, deployment, and updates
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and technologies
- Maintain knowledge of company products, tools, and services
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain service level agreements (SLAs)
