Expectations of Position:
- Design and deliver customized fitness programs.
- Motivate and support clients in reaching their goals.
- Contribute to a welcoming, results-driven environment.
- Participate in daily gym operations and team initiatives.
- Help promote the gym and engage new members (sales experience is a plus!).
- Conduct Small Group Training Sessions and 1:1 Sessions.
