Ciao! Roma Roma is a new Roman-style pizza spot opening on Capitol Hill. We're taking everything we learned in fine dining (our chef has a Michelin + James Beard background) and bringing it into a fun, energetic, genuinely welcoming neighborhood restaurant.
We believe in teaching, supporting, and building systems, not old-school "Yes Chef!" culture. The opening team will shape who we become, so we're looking for thoughtful, caring people who want to help build a positive workplace from day one.

Baking experience - doesn't need to be pizza specific (from a technique standpoint our pizza has more in common with artisan bread than traditional pizza)
FOH experience or curiosity - We are a customer facing kitchen and cooks will sometimes jump in at the pizza counter, so you should be comfortable interacting with guests
What you'll do:
Fermenting, portioning & baking pizza dough/crust
Prep pizza toppings and other items (salads, suppli, etc.)
Top & bake pizzas
Work the pizza counter

Beverage program: all taps/batched beer, wine, cocktails + housemade Italian sodas, slushies/granitas, and rotating amari (including housemade versions)
