Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Functional Dental Practice Focused on Whole-Body Health

Our growing family dental office is looking for a dedicated, skilled, and growth-oriented RDA to join our team! We're looking for a part-time dental assistant, available Wednesday 8 AM-5PM and Saturday 8AM-2PM.

What We’re Looking For:
- A Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with at least 1 year of experience (or strong clinical skills if recently licensed).
- A growth-minded individual eager to develop advanced skills in functional dentistry and patient education.
- Someone with strong communication skills who can help patients understand preventive care, home hygiene routines, and the connection between oral and systemic health .
- A reliable, professional, and team-oriented individual who values long-term commitment to a growing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist with precision and efficiency in a variety of procedures, including biocompatible restorations and airway-focused treatments .
- Take high-quality digital X-rays and assist in patient charting using Open Dental software .
- Educate patients on the importance of oral-systemic health, home care routines, and functional dentistry principles .
- Fabricate temporary restorations and assist in placing temporary Fuji fillings .
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment .
- Help cultivate a positive, patient-first culture that supports education, prevention, and comprehensive care .
Preferred (But Not Required) Skills:
- Experience with fabricating temporaries and placing temporary restorations .
- Familiarity with Open Dental software .
- An interest in functional and holistic dentistry .
- Desire to develop leadership skills and grow into a senior team role over time
