Job Description
1. Market development and strategic cooperation
- 1) Identify and contact high-potential customers (such as e-commerce platforms, professional outdoor chain stores, etc.) according to the European market divisions (German-speaking, French-speaking, Mediterranean, Scandinavian, etc.), and carry out channel development and sales work including visiting customers and business negotiations;
- 2) Expand local strategic partners in Europe, including sports venue operators, event organizers, regional outdoor equipment dealers, and charitable organizations.
2. Customer value mining
- 1) Serving European outdoor retailers with customized seasonal promotional plans;
- 2) Propose product selection optimization suggestions based on customer sales data (SKU sales, return rate);
- 3) Encourage customers to participate in product co-creation (e.g., customizing lightweight ropes for an Italian mountaineering club).
3. Cross-departmental collaboration and decision-making support
- 1) Assist colleagues in organizing and planning online and offline marketing activities;
- 2) Assist colleagues in the production of minority language content and the signing of overseas celebrities;
- 3) Provide European market insights and directions for new product development.
