Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Chicago. This role plays a key part in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events. Responsibilities
Assist with event planning, logistics, and coordination from concept to completion
Communicate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure smooth event operations
Support event setup, registration, scheduling, and guest communication
Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align event details with brand goals
Maintain accurate records, budgets, and reports related to event execution
Provide on-site support and problem-solving during events
