Compensation and Benefits:$259,000 - $270,000 plus full benefits package.
Requirements:
BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (must obtain board certification within one year of start date)
Active medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or ability to obtain one before the start date)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds
Experience working with EHR and other clinical technologies
High ethical standards and the ability to navigate complex situations with confidentiality
Passion for serving underserved populations and improving community health
Ability to thrive in a non-hierarchical, team-based setting
Resilient and adaptable when managing multiple priorities
