Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to act as the main point of contact between our company and our customers in the Food & Beverage sector . This professional will be responsible for prospecting new clients, managing an active customer portfolio, and building strong relationships with juice bars, coffee shops, and restaurants , ensuring an excellent customer experience from first contact through post-sales support.
This role requires strong communication skills, organization, autonomy, and a commitment to achieving sales goals while representing the company’s values and brand image in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct external visits to clients and prospects in the food service market , including juice bars, coffee shops, and restaurants , for product presentations, negotiations, and sales closure
- Act as the first point of contact between the company and customers, ensuring a strong and professional first impression
- Perform sales and follow-up calls to clients and leads, presenting offers and guiding them through the sales cycle
- Manage and grow a customer portfolio , maintaining close relationships with active clients and reactivating inactive ones
- Identify new business opportunities within the Food & Beverage and food service segments
- Provide post-sales support , ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Plan and organize daily visit routes to optimize time and resources
- Prepare and submit visit and sales reports , recording relevant information and customer feedback
- Maintain updated records in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance indicators
- Participate in training sessions and stay up to date on food products, pricing, and company policies
- Communicate customer feedback, market trends, and opportunities to internal teams
Requirements
- Previous experience in field sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems, reports, and mobile tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
- Customer-focused attitude and professional appearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Knowledge of route planning or delivery logistics
- Familiarity with performance metrics and sales KPIs
