Job Description Our client is looking to bring on a fully remote Fieldglass Specialist that will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient management of IT contract labor data and processes. This role maintains reliable records in SAP Fieldglass and related systems, manages contractor onboarding/offboarding, validates contracts, and supports compliance. This person will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to streamline onboarding, provides training, and delivers actionable insights through audits and reporting. Additional responsibilities include supporting job architecture, and driving continuous improvement in IT labor management. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements - Over 5 years of strong hands on experience using SAP Fieldglass to manage contractor onboarding, maintain accurate workforce data, and coordination with vendors (preferably within IT Division). - Experience analyzing data and generating reports, including regular audits, processing changes in rates and management, and creating monthly summaries. - Strong experience in vendor management, such as handling supplier invitations, registrations, rate adjustments, work order updates, and providing direct support/training to vendors during onboarding. - Experience reconciling and integrating data across multiple systems such as Apptio and HCM to ensure information is accurate and up to date. - MUST HAVE BE STRONG COMMUNICATOR with great personality (exciting, engaging, not shy) able to communicate clearly across leaders and executives with creative skills! - SQL for Data Analysis, Power BI Dashboards
