Hybris Solution Architect Introduction: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with a focus on Multi-Cloud, SRE, and Modern Platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and enterprise architecture, with specific expertise in Hybris and Cloud solutions.
Responsibilities: - Conduct application and architecture assessments to determine cloud readiness and define migration strategies
- Lead re-platforming, rearchitecting, and phased migration projects with a cloud-native approach
- Redesign monolith B2B/B2C platforms and traditional microservices into optimized cloud-native architectures
- Establish and expand SRE practices, focusing on automation, observability, monitoring, and incident management
- Design and implement observability and monitoring frameworks to meet enterprise reliability requirements
- Provide technical leadership for Hybris initiatives, including CCv2 migrations, requirement mapping, and solution design
- Architect Kafka-based integrations and pipelines for event-driven systems
- Define and manage CI/CD architectures across on-premise and multi-cloud environments using Terraform and modern DevOps practices
- Offer architectural guidance for React Native, .NET, Java, and Spring Boot solutions
- Engage with client stakeholders to influence long-term technology strategy and investment
Requirements: Required Skills: - 15+ years of technology and architecture experience across enterprise-scale platforms
- 5+ years as a cloud-native architect with at least one enterprise end-to-end project delivered
- 10+ years of Hybris architecture expertise, including requirement mapping, design, implementation, and CCv2 migrations
- 5+ years of SRE leadership experience, focusing on automation, observability, and monitoring
- Experience with PIM design, Kafka, .NET, React Native, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Multi-Cloud Certification (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
- Practical skills in Terraform, CI/CD, and GenAI
- Track record of leading enterprise programs and influencing executives
Preferred Skills: - Hybris Developer or DevOps/SRE certifications
- Hands-on exposure to GraphQL, MuleSoft, Docker/Kubernetes
