What You’ll Do

  • Run, monitor, and optimize molding equipment to meet output and quality goals.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues on molding machines and auxiliary systems.
  • Perform mold swaps and machine startups following established procedures.
  • Execute preventive maintenance on equipment, molds, and tooling.
  • Work cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering.
  • Verify product conformity using calipers, micrometers, thermometers, and more.
  • Record production and quality data accurately; maintain a tidy 5S workspace.
  • Support training of new hires and share best practices.

Bring These Strengths

Preferred

  • Familiarity with GMP, ISO 9001:2015, Lean, and 5S systems.
  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude and skill with basic tools.
  • Experience with process troubleshooting and root cause methods.

Minimum

  • High School Diploma or GED (college coursework or 2+ years relevant experience preferred).
  • English fluency, written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with precision measurement devices.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as IQMS.

Schedule

  • 12-hour rotating 2-3-2 pattern
  • Days: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Nights: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Rotation Example: Week 1 (Mon–Tue work, Wed–Thu off, Fri–Sun work) → Week 2 (Mon–Tue off, Wed–Thu work, Fri–Sun off)

Tech You’ll Use

  • Injection molding machines
  • Blow molding machines

Preferred Proficiencies

  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Reading and following Manufacturing Instructions (MI)
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
