As an Injection Mold Setter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our injection molding machines. Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust injection molding machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize production efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on injection molding equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and resolve any operational issues.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine settings and adjustments.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Injection Mold Setter or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of injection molding processes and machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
