Job Description:
- Responsible for properly setting up injection molding presses by ensuring all process parameters & settings are performed according to the process set-up sheets
- Ensures all safety features are functioning (drop bar & safety switches)
- Maximizes uptimes on all machine centers w/goals of reducing downtime & producing ZERO defects
- Responsible for setting molds, changing molds, and troubleshooting injection molding process
- Will document all process parameters
- Will perform corrective actions as needed
- Troubleshooting – identifying maintenance concerns/issues
- Assisting with training personnel as needed
Must have Qualifications:
- 2+ minimum years of experience with plastic injection molding industry
Compensation: $27-$35/hr.
