Litigation Legal Secretary – Join a Respected Columbus Law Firm
Location: Columbus, Ohio

Aspen Careers is excited to partner with a well-established local downtown law firm known for its work in complex litigation . They are seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary to join their team and support a dynamic group of attorneys—two partners and two associates.

This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment and enjoys being an essential part of a successful team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to four attorneys

• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements

• Accurately enter billable time through Juris

• Draft, edit, and manage legal documents

• Maintain attorney calendars and assist with scheduling

• Keep the team organized and prepared for daily operations

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of legal experience (litigation preferred but not required); Worldox and E-Billing experience a plus but not required.

• Proven ability to manage travel logistics

• Strong proofreading and document review skills

• High attention to detail and organizational skills
