Job Description

Technical Leadership:

Lead and mentor MuleSoft developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Define integration architecture and guide the team through design and implementation phases.

Solution Design & Delivery:

Architect scalable, secure, and reusable MuleSoft APIs for Salesforce CRM and related systems.
Collaborate with enterprise architects to align integration solutions with business and IT strategies.

Data Integration:

Design and implement data synchronization between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Optimize data flows for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Security & Compliance:

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with Salesforce teams, business analysts, and QA teams.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and integration roadmaps.

Monitoring & Optimization:

Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies for MuleSoft applications. Drive performance tuning and proactive issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, DataWeave).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM APIs (REST/SOAP) and data model.
Proficiency in integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex integration projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Skills:

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Preferred

Qualifications:

MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Platform Architect.
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or marketing automation tools. Knowledge of API governance and best practices.
