Job Description
- Source, attract, and recruit candidates for non-technical positions through multiple channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from offer to onboarding
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Develop job postings and manage recruitment campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, staffing agencies, and other recruitment sources
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and hiring status
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes
