As a Personal Trainer, you’re more than a coach—you’re a connector, motivator, and role model. You’ll help members feel seen, supported, and empowered to become their best selves.
What You’ll Do
- Build real relationships with members of all fitness level
- Execute personalized training programs for both 1-on-1 and small groups
- Track progress and celebrate wins—big and small
- Educate on movement, nutrition, and healthy habits
- Keep the gym environment safe, clean, and high-energy
- Collaborate with a team that values growth and excellence
