Position: Picker/Packer (Floor Staff)
Location: Navsari, Jalalpur (Gujarat)
Shift: 12 Hours (Day & Night shifts, mostly Day shift)
Salary: ₹23,126/- CTC + PF
In-Hand Salary: ₹13,500/- per month

Job Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing of goods as per order sheets.
- Assisting in loading and unloading materials in the warehouse.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization on the warehouse floor.
- Checking product quality and quantity before dispatch.
- Labeling, scanning, and sorting products accurately.
- Supporting warehouse operations and team as required.
- Following safety and hygiene standards during work.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum 10th pass or above.
- Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates both can apply.
- Physical Fitness: Should be able to handle physical tasks like lifting, packing, and standing for long hours.
- Shift Flexibility: Should be comfortable with both day and night shifts.
