Job Responsibilities:

- ;Collaborate with HR and department leads to support onboarding and workforce planning.
- ;Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor hiring strategies.

- Full-cycle recruitment expertise specializing in collections and sales roles.
- Proficient in sourcing talent through job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Skilled in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for role fit.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with hiring managers.
- Experienced in ATS management, workforce planning, and candidate engagement strategies.
Education/Experience:
- 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in collections/sales.
- Strong understanding of collections roles, terminology, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
