Registered Dental Hygienist – Dearborn MI

A well-established, patient-focused dental practice is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their close-knit team. This office values a true family atmosphere and prioritizes doing what is right for patients over “selling” treatment. They are looking for someone who will feel like a long-term family member, not just a team member.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:30 AM – 7:15 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM
• Wednesday: 7:15 AM – 5:15 PM (optional / under consideration)

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $50–$60/hr
• Production Bonus: Yes
• Clinic Coats: Provided
• Scrub Stipend: Available
• Paid Sick Time: Offered for part-time employees, aligned with new Michigan employment laws.

• Team Size: 8
• Operatories: 5
• Hygiene Schedule: Single-column; 1-hour appointments
• Hygiene Assistant: Provided on Mondays
