Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst / Scrum Master who can translate business needs into clear requirements while facilitating Agile delivery. The role involves requirement analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and leading Scrum ceremonies to ensure successful sprint execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria )
Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to manage and prioritize the backlog
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
Track sprint progress and remove impediments using Jira/Azure DevOps
Support UAT , release planning, and delivery coordination
Mandatory Skills:
Strong experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master
Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
Process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
Basic understanding of SDLC, APIs, or data flows
Experience in enterprise domains (Salesforce, ERP, Banking, Healthcare)
