Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract

Description:
Seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and support delivery across Agile teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements
  • Create user stories and process documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, admins, and developers
  • Support UAT and post-implementation enhancements

Requirements:

  • 10+ years as a Business Analyst with Salesforce experience
  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Agile/Scrum experience and strong communication skills
