Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving smart financial decisions through data analysis, modeling, and strategic insights. You’ll partner across departments, provide financial leadership, and help guide important company initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage financial models to forecast company performance.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

• Prepare and deliver timely financial reports with variance explanations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning needs.

• Contribute to annual budgeting and strategic planning processes.

• Continuously improve financial systems and reporting efficiency.

• Mentor and support junior analysts on the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

• Advanced Excel skills (including financial modeling).

• Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion Essbase, PeopleSoft Financials).

• MBA or certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred.

• Asset management industry experience is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
