Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified Independently Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy team in Washington . Our team of mental health treatment professionals specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services to the underserved population residing in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Facilities.

Job Type

• Full-time, W2 salaried employment
• Therapists must maintain a minimum of 35 billable clinical hours per week to remain eligible for full compensation and incentive structures.
• Area of Service: Tacoma

Responsibilities:

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Completes documentation in a timely fashion remotely in our EMR (Athena I).
• Compliance with agency policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Colorado licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• NPI (National Provider Identifier).
• Professional Liability Insurance.
• Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
• Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
• TB Test.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent written communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Total Compensation

• Total compensation ranges from $102,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on performance and eligibility.

Base Salary

• Annual base salary between $85,000 – $90,000, commensurate with experience.
• Base salary begins following the initial 30-day orientation and training period.

Orientation & Training Pay

• $5,000 orientation and training pay provided during the first 30 days of employment.

Bonuses & Incentives

• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 payable after six (6) months of employment.
• Retention Bonus: $2,500 payable at one (1) year of employment, with subsequent annual bonuses of $5,000.
• Additional Productivity and Quarterly incentive bonuses available to all therapists,
