Job Description

The Role:

• Lead tax planning and tax return preparation for individuals and closely held businesses.
• Review and oversee complex returns (1040, 1120-S, 1065, etc.)
• Collaborate with financial advisors to provide integrated, year-round guidance.
• Stay ahead of tax law changes and translate them into actionable advice.
• Help shape the future of our firm with process improvements and best practices.

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA license is required
• 7+ years' of experience of professional tax experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
