Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Import/Export Management:
Handle all inquiries related to US and Mexico imports
Ensure shipments meet compliance standards and pass audits
Review and correct customs documentation before and after arrival
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare and verify packets for customs clearance
Audit import documentation for accuracy and compliance with company and country regulations
Maintain records for internal and external audits
Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with customs brokers, government agencies, and internal teams
Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve discrepancies
Support cross-border trade and maintain relationships with vendors
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve shipment issues promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance or logistical challenges
Administrative Duties:
Daily reporting and workload tracking
Monitor and update supply chain documentation
