You’ll combine creativity, technical expertise, and data-driven insights to design and optimise user journeys that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention. This is your chance to influence digital strategy and deliver measurable impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is a hybrid role based in our High Street Kensington office in London.

Who are we?

We are a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses. We offer our industry stakeholders in over 150 countries access to a global platform of high-quality vision care products (such as the Essilor brand, with Varilux, Crizal, Eyezen, Stellest and Transitions), iconic brands that consumers love (such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, Persol, Oliver Peoples, Vogue Eyewear and Costa), as well as a network that offers consumers high-quality vision care and best-in-class shopping experiences (such as Sunglass Hut, LensCrafters, Salmoiraghi & Viganò and Vision Express), and leading e-commerce platforms.

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing, prototyping, and validating optimised user journeys across multiple brands and markets.
  • Leading A/B testing initiatives and leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Championing UX best practices throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring consistency and measurable impact.
  • Collaborating with developers, product owners, and analysts in Agile sprints to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Maintaining and evolving scalable UX frameworks to streamline workflows and enhance consistency.
  • Creating responsive, accessible prototypes in Figma and embedding localisation and usability principles.
  • Using AI-driven tools to accelerate research and ideation, improving speed and quality.
  • Translating user insights into design decisions that improve conversion, engagement, and revenue.

What you’ll need

  • Strong portfolio showcasing commercially focused UX/UI design for e-commerce.
  • Expertise in user-centred design methodologies and tools (Figma).
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Data-informed approach to design, balancing creativity with business impact.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
