As our business continues to expand, we’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, optimize efficiency, and support our next phase of growth.

The Role

As Warehouse Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of warehouse operations — from inventory control and logistics to staff management and safety compliance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our fulfillment processes are efficient, accurate, and scalable to meet increasing demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and stock rotation to minimize loss or discrepancies.
  • Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and workflow for optimal space utilization.
  • Monitor KPIs related to order fulfillment, productivity, and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with procurement, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards in line with company and legal requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, process enhancements, or technology adoption.


About You:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse or logistics management, ideally within an eCommerce or retail distribution environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
